A: We offer strength-based training classes combined with high intensity and cardio. This combination of progressive overload builds strength, which is the foundation of all fitness and will help with overall look and physique as well as performance in and outside of the gym.

A: We offer complimentary childcare for children ages 8 weeks to 12 years. While you make time to tackle your fitness goals, your children will look forward to their time at Endurance Kids. We believe that taking time for yourself will demonstrate to your kids the importance of a healthy lifestyle. 

A: Classes are usually coached and structured for intensity, but scalable for all fitness levels—so beginners and advanced athletes can train side by side with modifications.

HYROX classes are structured, high-intensity training sessions designed to prepare you for the demands of a HYROX race while also building overall strength, endurance, and conditioning.

A typical HYROX-style class blends functional strength work + cardio intervals, often in a circuit format. You’ll move through a mix of running and workout stations that mirror race elements, such as:

  • Running intervals (short to moderate distance repeats)
  • Sled pushes and pulls
  • Rowing or ski erg work
  • Burpee variations
  • Lunges (often weighted)
  • Wall balls
  • Farmer carries or weighted carries
  • Core and accessory strength work

A: Classes at Endurance Fitness are designed for all fitness levels, and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. Our coaches are here to guide and support you through our unique programming, helping you reach your personal goals. Each class offers movement options and modifications so you can choose what feels right for your body and training level.

A: We use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, slam balls, Echo bikes, Concept 2 Rowers, SkiErg’s and more.

A: To book your first class, complete the 7-day free trial or click here to purchase a single class if you’re visiting. Once you have become a member, we encourage you to schedule your classes through the app. With the app, you can easily view schedules, book classes, and receive updates.

A: We do provide free towels and we also have water, protein shakes, supplements, and more available for purchase if needed.  You don’t need to bring anything other than yourself, comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes.

A: We value every member of the Endurance community. Before you cancel, we’d love the opportunity to hear from you. Our team will always do our best to make adjustments and hopefully earn the chance to continue supporting your fitness journey. If you do choose to cancel for reasons outside of our control, we sincerely thank you for being part of Endurance Fitness. 

To cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation form which serves as your 30-day notice. Members understand that all outstanding and current membership fees remain due at the time of cancellation. You will continue to have access to Endurance Fitness for any remaining time already paid for under your agreement.

Once your cancellation form is submitted, a member of our Endurance team will reach out to confirm and finalize your request.
